Between the two of us, we’ve been the burnt-out overachiever, the helper who forgot to help themselves, the person who looked strong on the outside but felt completely misaligned inside.
Ashley was stuck in the battle of her worth being tied to productivity. Joanna, navigating the balance of military, civilian, and personal life, found herself stuck in an unhelpful push pull cycle. We both tried the usual fixes… more discipline, more hustle, more “shoulds.” It wasn’t until we slowed down, tuned into our nervous systems, and found a supportive coaching community that everything shifted.

We’re Ashley and Joanna, married entrepreneurs, brain-body coaches, and the heart behind Vizcaya Coaching. After years of navigating perfectionism, military life, and the pressure to do it all, we discovered a better way: one rooted in alignment, nervous system care, and real support.
