Joanna isn’t your typical trainer, she’s a veteran, a certified personal trainer, and a coach who deeply understands what it’s like to lose alignment and fight to get it back.
With over 16 years in the military and 8+ years in the fitness world, she brings a blend of structure, compassion, and real-life wisdom to every session. She’s not here to shout, shame, or push you past your limits, she’s here to help you feel strong, supported, and proud of what your body can do.
